intimacy

he'd say
eating is the most intimate thing we can do
except breathing, maybe.

They'd ask about sex,
what about sex? They'd say
naming a modern misconception

We take life into our own bodies
embodied living
being alive is the intimate experience

- airplanes and visiting 'cultures' afar -
shift your gaze from far horizons
by deepening your living here

we all live in a place,
humble yourself in that place by
living as an expression of there

the work is to arrive into our
living - breathing - historical self
we are the ones who will be described as accelerating the great change

Don't live for a future
for that is simply the result of an ever arriving and vanishing present

live deeply into yourself now
exactly where you are
so that your living will fruit

turn into seeds.
be viable
so that our sprouts live into a time beyond our own.
